A number of new Indian ‘fusion’ dishes are present on the menu for the first time in Bali including ‘Hot Sizzlers’, ‘Hot Stone Rice Bowl’, ‘Chicken Malai Kebab’ with a whipped egg white coating, ‘Fish Curry’ with vodka flambé and canapé style ‘Mutton Chapli’. Traditionalists can still enjoy the Goa Prawn Curry with a Rogan Josh and delightful Buttered Moong Dhal accompanied by sweet Kashmiri Naan and imported long grain basmati. Highly recommended is the Rogan Josh, the Malai Kofta, the Aloo Raita as well as the Chapatis. Catering to outside events with a tailor-made menu is also available on request |
